Bootcamp

Every Tuesday 7.30-8.30pm at Warlingham Rugby Club, CR6 9RB

We use a range of cardio and resistance based exercises for a full body workout using bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight.

The class is suitable for all abilities, we work for time so don’t worry if you are new or haven’t trained in a while, you just do what you can!

Every attendee will be required to complete my Bootcamp PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire) beforehand. Please make sure you fill this in before attending your first class.

Winter sessions are indoors in the hall and summer sessions are outside on the field, weather permitting.

You’ll just need to bring along water and an exercise mat or towel for the floor exercises 🙂

This bootcamp class runs alongside my online programme – Uplift: Reset Your Mind, Body and Lifestyle. This is designed to end the yo yo dieting cycle and finally learn how to get to your goals and keep the results long term!

How much does it cost?

Your first session is half price (£6).

£12 pay as you go

£85 for 10 sessions
(to be used within 15 weeks)

Free parking is available outside the hall.

I live in Los Angeles, but while visiting family in Purley over Christmas I found Abbie's Bootcamp on a Google search and booked a spot. In the USA I am a Personal Trainer myself, so I was keen to get a good workout in. I was really pleased that I found this class because it was a good workout but more to the point, it was fun. There where people of all abilities there, all pushing themselves to their own limits. Abbie gave progression and regression so everyone could get the best workout for their ability, and a safe workout. Abbie also had a mailing list to help you with diet, and workout ideas. If I still lived in Purley, I would go to Abbie's class each week. I love going to workout classes and this one was very good.
